WORK OUT PLAN INCLUDES
This work out plan Includes MY PERSONAL 5 week work out routine that I personally do, 4 days a week adding up to 20 days total. Each day contains 6-7 different work outs and some days might contain more exercises then others. This is your chance to know exactly what it is that I am doing to achieve my body goals. Be prepared to spend at least an hour and half at the gym!
This workout plan has a few interval days and a 22min work out routine that you can do on your “no gym days” or when your too busy and cant get to the gym, for future use.
On some days you can decide whether you would like to do these particular exercise routines at home or at the gym, since there’s no equipment required. You can also do them as frequent as you may like.
Your weekly routine will look something like this. You may change the days around depending on your schedule.
2 days leg day, 1 day upper body, and 1 day booty & cardio
• MONDAY: heavy leg day, back
• TUESDAY :shoulders, biceps, arms, chest
• WEDNESDAY: isolate the booty, cardio, intervals• THURSDAY: OFF
• FRIDAY: leg day free weights
• SATURDAYS: OFF
• SUNDAY : OFF
Tips on what to do before and after workouts will be included as well with at least 5 “must do” stretches.
You will also be able to contact me personally and ill be able to help you and be by your side through your journey, I will answer all your questions and keep up with your progress,
This will include getting a little personal.
